It's not a FireFox but the name of the animal is a Cross Fox, a variant of a red fox.

I am embarrassed that I fell for the photo I saw posted. I did check and the animal known as a Firefox is the Red Panda. The photo below is from the National Wildlife Federation. Zoo sources acknowledge the red panda has been labeled the Firefox.

Edited to add: This photo is not a Firefox. A Firefox is actually a Red Panda. They are an intriguing animal. Why someone would need to fake the above photo escapes me. Red Pandas are beautiful. I will try to find a photo posted by @ChiliPepper from the Syracuse Zoo when they had a baby.  Found it!
