I avoid sugar usually but never turn down a few pieces of Godiva chocolate that my hair stylist offers along with a cup of black coffee.

French fries from a local cafe here, and there is drive through called Brew City that makes the freshest, longest, fries!   The bag is huge, my husband and both indulge. He is a big eater, and neither of us can finish whole bag alone, lol

We have a deli in the next town that has a hamburger patty charcoal broiled with pickles, onions and catsup on a brioche roll. It is accompanied by French fries that are floured before they go in the deep frier, so they are extra crispy. I tell myself I need the B12 because of meds I take when I indulge every few months.😊

Restaurant meals are my cheat meals, and I have far too many of them!

I usually try to do everything in moderation.  But every few months  I need a cheesesteak.  The restaurant I like it is huge.  I eat half, take the other half home, and SO gets another meal out of that.

We get KFC maybe once a year.  Last time we had it, I was disappointed.  I was on weight watchers serveral years ago, and have kept that weight off.  (Within 1-2 lbs).  But, honestly, I could lose another 20 lbs.  over the holiday I did indulge more but did not gain any weight this past holiday.  Thats a big win.

Love all the replies. Our Olive garden closed so eliminated one of our restaurants on rotation. I went to Texas Roadhouse where my parents lived and loved the rolls, too. Wish we had that restaurant here.

I lost 80 pounds. One day a week, I could eat something...a chocolate, piece of fried chicken, very good french fries, or whatever I was craving. I would get excited planning for it. LOL. It helped keep me on track with exercise and weight loss.

Dh loves the food at TX Roadhouse, but I'll pass on the entrees, and simply pick up a half dozen of the rolls and honey butter once in a while. Smiley Wink

Bojangles fried chicken wings.  You get the spicy and the grease all in one trip!  😏🙄😬😬

I am not supposed to have spicy.
