Roughly 10 days ago I purchased another bracelet from this company.  Earlier today I checked on the status of my order.  The post office is holding it hostage because Evolve Mala failed to put postage on the package Smiley Surprised  I tried contacting EM via one of their options.  That option was invalid.  Another option to contact them was to receive a code to enter on their website.  Tried 2x.  Codes didn't work.  Found another link to "contact us" and it worked.  Did anyone else buy from them recently?  Did you get your merchandise?  Have you tried contacting them?

If you want the bracelet, go to the post office and pay for postage. If not, let it sit there and the company will lose the value of the bracelet.  Then try reaching the company.

The company sounds like a scam. Keep a close eye on the credit card you used to buy the bracelet If it was me, I'd call the bank and have them close it and send a new credit card just to be safe.

Side note. Hostage is a bit strong. I don't think USPS should deliver if postage wasn't paid.

@monicakm  Sounds like a scam  to me, even if you did purchase before.  I'd let it set at the PO.

Was it shipped from overseas?  There may be a tariff payment involved.

I had a fit about a company shipping a package from Italy without advising the buyer and expected a tariff but there was none.

The package likely had to be shipped through a different destination because of tarrifs. As a result, there is an additional charge it happened to me on a package coming from India. After paying an additional tax, it took 2 1/2 months to get to me and came through Abu Dhabi
If it makes you feel better while you are handing over extra $, remember, we don't pay for tarrifs. Smiley Wink

@CalminHeart

The bracelet had not been shipped at the time I posted this thread.  And as I mentioned in my OP, I did reach out to the company and it wasn't easy to find a link that worked.

They replied earlier this afternoon saying they have shipped another bracelet.  I paid for shipping with the orginal order that was never shipped because there was no postage.  They didn't offer a reason as to why.  Anyway, they have shipped one and gave me a tracking number.
