I have felt a few in Seattle when I lived there.   In the Seattle area they are usually deep and slow and rolling and can be felt over large areas.

I lived in CA and experienced many quakes in 25 yrs. Ridgecrest ( my hometown) was the "earthquake capital of CA" and had many 3.2-5.3 quakes but they had two BIG ONES in 2 days (6.9/7.1). No one was hurt or killed but the end result was over 1 billion dollars in new construction ( plus thousands of aftershocks). By the time that happened we were relocated in NE ARIZONA.
