I, too, was crying as I read this. I don't think I ever even posted with her, but you really feel you know certain posters, especially  by seeing her smiling face on the OOTD thread. Rest in peace,  Cathy.

I just read the tributes. What an absolute honor to be remembered in the way her students, friends and customers are remembering her today.

We should all be lucky enough to receive such kind and heartfelt tributes. Though I didn't know her, those tributes are an obvious testament to a life well lived, well shared, well loved.

@San Antonio Gal You can't possibly know her family is not reading this. . . I would imagine they are as important as this forum was to her.

And it's none of our business about what happened, what was or wasn't done and things that are the family's right of privacy.  No point in it and yes, it could be very hurtful.  Let it go and remember her fondly.

To all who posted - She shared her life and issues very publicly with this  forum, so it leads everyone to wonder what happened.

Thank you @TheWanderingOne for updating us on our kind and wonderful poster ECBG.

The memories posted on the Guestbook page of Groce Funeral home are indeed a testament of a life well lived and you can see that she was a person loved by many people. I thought that was so nice of QVC to post a message on there too.

You will be missed on these forums dear ECBG.

I am so sorry to hear this sad news.  I always enjoyed her posts and felt like I knew her even though we never met.  It is a loss to our forums and conversations with each other.  May she rest in peace with God.

I'm not going to turn this devastating thread into an argument.  CLEARLY, I really liked her.  Since we don't share our real information here, I was just hoping maybe there was a mistake or something.  So YOU NEEDN'T find it TROUBLING...it was a heartfelt statement.

@cheriere  she posted in the Outfit of the day, if you dare in the Fashion Forum. A lot of her pictures are there so once I saw the picture in the orbit I recognized it otherwise I would have thought the same thing you did.
