Zulily is a discount site. They have daily sales on things from other vendors (leftovers, group purchases) if the size or color suits you, it can be a good deal. Shipping can be slow.

I received this same offer from HSN. I went in and was going to order the Lancome special and a foundation for a total over $100 I entered the code and was using my HSN card and it wouldn't take it. That was one great deal??
