@viva923   did the doctor explain it to you in a way that it made sense?  My concern was that you had a complaint about one area of your body and they tested another area of your body that felt like it was not related.

hey all

birdmama yes doctor said he just hit wrong key for test paperwork that is why my paperwork said the wrong part of the body to be tested. it is just no one told me the paperwork was wrong and all was corrected before tests were run, just no one ever told me the paperwork was wrong.

did light weight chores today.

dh and i did majority of chores yestday for tuesday so lightwgt today.

did do bedding. dh took his car in for normal servicing. got oil done and they found his time belt needed to be replaced it was get er' done since it was in for servicing. 

all else is quiet. later guys

Gee whizz,hadn't realized I haven't been to the fence in a while. 
Christmas was nice,very quiet. Just daughter and son in law here for dinner. We will be seeing our son and family this coming week. We're going to our daughters cabin and they will come and spend the day. Have not seen them once since the virus occurred. 
I have been busy getting testing done. I'll try to make this short and understandable too. Had pain in right back,abdomen. Found blood in my urine. Had ultrasound,found a blockage in my left tube running to my bladder. Am having a CT Scan on the 6. Problem is,the pain is in my right side. Went back to Dr. yesterday,he ordered a ultrasound. Had it done right away. Will probably hear in a day or two. Hubby had his MRI,XRay . It's been one year since he lost a kidney to cancer. Courtesy of the Marine Corp. years ago the water at Camp 

lejune was found to cause cancer. Still waiting to hear from V A on his disability. Typical government hurry up and wait. He will talk to the Dr. in a week or two. So much for us. We heard a dear friend passed away,from cancer. My husbands brother has dementia. We are so dam tired of sickness and death. 
oh well,sorry for the depressing post,just telling it as it is.

Good luck with your tests Epi.   And to your hubby.  You have a lot of stuff going on.  

First of the year is when all my checkups come up.  I have some blood work to get done but I dread going to the lab with all the Covid testing they’re doing.  

Granddaughter in law is still not feeling well.  I suggested that it might be a good time to see a dr. But they Are keeping an Eye on Things they say and she is drinking a lot of fluids and eating even tho she has no taste.  Hope she turns a corner soon.  My grandson so far is clear.  He’s due to go back to work on the 6th.  I pray we get a handle on this soon.   She got word that they have totaled her car.  

Its rainy, cold and gloomy here.  I need to have those lights all over my house.  My bones do not like this either.   I am

ready for a new hear    Get your pots and pans ready and your wooden spoon.   I’ll be banging out the old year if I can stay awake that long.

@Epicurean  hmmm, you would think any time you have back flank pain they would do an ultrasound on both sides.  Ultrasounds are cheap to perform and it's aggravating when you say I have pain on the right side and they flippen do an ultrasound on the left side.  Then you say, uh dude the pain is on the right side and you have to go back for another ultrasound on the side you complained about in the first place.  Modern medicine ain't what it's cracked up to be.  You're in my thoughts and I'm glad you had a nice Christmas.

I've never heard of the tradition of pots/pans and wooden spoons.  I don't own a wooden spoon, however I am going to Meijer's tomorrow for a few things and can pick one up @yock 

We had a tradition of sweeping the floor right before midnight.  You sweep out the old - out of the door.  My luck, 2021 will have a wind that tries to blow it back in

My sentiment for 2020 is hey, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

I made a quick run to Meijer's today as I ran out of wild bird seed.

I came home and treated myself to a nice hot bath and I was thinking about 2020 it came to me that if I had to pick one word to describe 2020 it would be extremes.  We've all lived through years that had high points and low points.  I can't recall any year like this one.

I don't know how else to describe it other than for me it was like there was a force for good and light that seemed to be running parallel to a force for negativity or darkness.  I hope we don't have another year like this for many years and preferably not again in my lifetime 

I wish each of you a healthy, calm, peaceful and prosperous New Year.

hey all

not much from me tonight.

my DD called her car insurance finally totaled out her car today from car accident. The car dealership where she works really worked hard finding her a car she could afford. She has a 2018 Chevy equinox it is smaller than her totaled car. The dealership really checked over the car with a fine tooth comb and certified it as great used car. Anyway, they sold it to her as cost. 

Am in my jammies, flannel bathrobe, dh is home in his jammies, we are watching our tv;s safe. Doing wash
