Hello my friends! My blessings are my daughter, Darla, here with us tonight, visiting with us, and she'll stay overnight! Her husband is out of town for a week on business. It's great - so great she's living here in our town! Praise God for answered prayers!
Do not be upset by events of the past, rather be upset by the time
and energy you are devoting to them. Lord, help me to enjoy each
moment by completely letting go of the past.

M E D I T A T I O N F O R T H E D A Y
It is good for me to help others all I can. Every troubled soul that
God puts in my path is the one for me to help. As I sincerely try to
help, a supply of strength will flow into me from God. My circle of
helpfulness can widen more and more. God hands out the spiritual food
to me and I pass it on to others. I need never say that I have only
enough strength for my own need. The more I give away, the more I
will keep. That which I keep to myself, I will lose in the end.
P R A Y E R F O R T H E D A Y
I pray that I may have a sincere willingness to give. I pray that I
may not hold back the strength I have received for myself alone.
No time to pray?
Prayers are the food of the soul, they open the door to Heaven and they lead us to God.
Prayers are like phone calls to God, they surely get the message across.
Prayers are like arrows that pierce through the clouds, they go straight to Heaven with our petitions and desires.
Prayers are the expression of the soul, they are a private conversation between man and God.
Prayers are not only petitions, they are also adoration, praise and thanksgiving.
Pray without ceasing [1Thess 5:17], pray in the Spirit [Eph 6:18] says St. Paul.
Pray with your mind, but also pray in the Spirit [1 Cor 14:15]
Pray that our God will give you a Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation as you come to know Him [Eph. 1:17]
Pray for the sick , pray for one another [James 5:14-16]

Rainbow
The way I see it, if you want the rainbow....
you have to put up with the rain.
What soap is to the body....
laughter is to the soul.
Fill your cup with kindness....
and give it to yourself.
Help others get ahead.
You will always stand taller with
someone else on your shoulders.
You cannot do kindness too soon,
for you never know how soon it will be too late.
Each day, rise, shine and sparkle,
and you'll make the whole world a much brighter place.
If you can't make it through one door,
I'll go through another door or
I'll create a door.
Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present.
Think highly of yourself, because the world takes you at your own estimate.
A positive attitude is contagious but don't wait to catch it from others, Be
a carrier.
Prayer for Missionaries
O almighty God, Lord of the harvest of souls, we ask You to guide and bless all who have gone forth to preach the gospel. Endow them with the gifts of generosity and concern. Send your Holy Spirit on them, that He may strengthen them in weakness, comfort them in trials and direct their efforts. May He open the hearts of their hearers to receive Your message. Let Your revelation enlighten all minds for the salvation of souls, and let Your love heal every heart and body for the happiness of each person. May all people consciously acknowledge You and serve You by living the teachings of Your Son. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

As you turn your attention to Me, feel the Light of My Presence shining upon you. Open your mind and heart to receive My heavenly smile of approval. Let My gold-tinged Love wash over you and soak into the depths of your being. As you are increasingly filled with My Being, you experience joyous union with Me: I in you, and you in Me. Your Joy-in-Me and My Joy-in-you become intertwined and inseparable. I suffuse your soul with Joy in My Presence; at My right hand there are pleasures forevermore.
