Hello my friends! Hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday. Remember it's the Lord's Day! Been having a nice, relaxing day. After Mass, a cousin asked us if she could come over to see our apartment, she came, and it was a very nice visit. She and her husband lives in one too - one of those co- op ones. They own. Wishing you all very positive week!
When you need to calm your emotions, stop and turn your attention
to God. Lord, I know that You are my help right now and will show me
simple answers to what seems complicated and impossible.

M E D I T A T I O N F O R T H E D A Y
With God's help, I can build a protective screen around myself which
can keep out all evil thoughts. I can fashion it out of my attitude
toward God and my attitude toward other people. When one worrying or
impatient thought enters my mind, I can put it out at once. I know
that love and trust are the solvents for the worry and frets of life.
I can use them to form a protective screen around me.
P R A Y E R F O R T H E D A Y
I pray that frets and impatience and worry may not corrode my
protective screen against all evil thoughts. I pray that I may banish
all these from my life.
He Holds You
God never leaves you alone…
He never forgets about you…
He looks out for you and takes care of you.
You are more important than the birds
He feeds and provides for.
Trusting Him means to rest in Him
as your shield, your covering, your provider,
your defender and your friend.
It means freedom from worry, anxiety and fear.
It means peace to your mind and joy to your soul.
Come to Him; He is waiting…
Lean on Him; He is strong…
Talk to Him; He is listening…
Depend on Him; He will never let you down.
He holds you within the hollow of His hands
to keep you close…to keep you safe…
to deliver you from all your fears.

I asked for strength and God gave me difficulties to make me strong

I asked for patience God placed me in situations where I was forced to wait

Prayer to One's Guardian Angel
When Unable to Assist at Mass
for Spiritual Communion
Go, my Angel Guardian dear,
To Church for me, ------ the Mass to hear.
Go, kneel devoutly at my place
And treasure for me every grace.
At the Offertory time
Please offer me to God Divine.
All I have and all I am,
Present it with the Precious Lamb.
Adore for me the great Oblation.
Pray for all I hold most dear
Be they far or be they near.
Remember too, my own dear dead
For whom Christ's Precious Blood was shed.
And at Communion bring to me
Christ's flesh and blood, my food to be.
To give me strength and holy grace ,
A pledge to see Him face to face
And when the Holy Mass is done
Then with His blessing, come back home.

Stay with me Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You.
You know how easily I abandon You.
Stay with me Lord, because I am so weak
and I need Your strength, so that I may not fall so often.
Stay with me Lord, for You are my life,
and without You, I am without fervour.

and without You, I am in darkness.
Stay with me Lord, to show me Your Will.
