I'm betting a few of you tuned in last night to the new Dancing W/The Stars.  DH and I usually do not watch but I did want to see the newbies on the dance floor.  There were a few who did great, some okay, and a few who probably will be given the old boot off the stage.

I loved Ms Australian Bindy - wow what a great dancer!!!  She's really quite the grown up little lady now.  You can tell she has a great personality and hoas no prob putting herself out there.  And she has one of the best partners too.  My prediction - she will be the winner.

The hubby & wife team - they need to stop all the smooching, their respective dance partners appeared to be quite put off by it and walked away from both of them.  Although each of them danced great too.

PD is one who should go.  ANd then there's Gary Busey - he's lost a few marbles I do believe.  I feel for his partner, they won't be back either.

The former Back Street Boy did well too (or New Direction, can't recall which but both the same). The Braxton woman was so-so.  And who IS that 15yr old boy?  Never heard of him, says he has a blog that kids follow.  I think if he does the 'tighten up' in his moves he could do pretty well.

It's, Paula Dean is way too ignorant! Needless to say, a horrible dancer! Gary busey horrible! Bindi cute, but I must admit I'm a high Derick hough fan, so I always want to see him till the end. The married cpl good dancers, but way too pda for me. The army guy was pretty good. I just with dwts would really have some stars!

I used to watch DWTS all the time.  I'm out this year.  They are really reaching beyond limits for participants.  Gary B, come on.  You're kidding.  That 15-year old has an attitude beyond his years.  And they keep using the term "cougar" ... not a fan of that word regarding women. 

I was so turned off by the 15-year old that I could not watch it.  I will not watch throughout this season.  It's becoming a gathering of circus acts, IMO.

Oh I forgot totally about the guy who was one of three who saved Paris.  He was pretty good.  I think he'll get better too.  Quite handsome as well!!! 

I really cannot take PD - she's rude, obnoxious and just tries to take over.  In EXTREMELY POOR taste her comment when they first stepped up to the judges.  Her partner just looked at her wondering what he got himself into with her.  He too is probably hoping they get voted off like Busey's partner.

I watched the show last night ..... PD should be the first to go ..... she has such a foul mouth!!! .... why did she have to suggest that she pooped in her pants? ... she is not funny and she definitely can't dance!!!! ... DWTS is really hurting with some of these "stars" ..... my vote goes to Bindy.

Yes, it was an intersting mix and I particularly loved Nick Carter of the Back Street Boys.   I haven't watched it in years but I want to see him so I will be watching it this season.  Paula Dean totaly turned me off with her flirting and burping !!!!  My goodness, totally lacking in class!!

I thought it was a good show. I loved Bindi & the PenaVegas. Gary Busey was exactly what I expected. Alek (the hero) was way better than I expected. Victor-the jockey-was cute, but not much of a dancer. Nick Carter was really good. I'm not a BSB fan, but he can dance. I love Andy Grammer, but not sure he will go very far in this. I think Chaka Khan will improve. Kim was so awful. She just seemed very shy & uncomfortable. I had never seen her before, so I don't know how she usually is, but I think she will losen up, too. Hayes Grier. I wanted to like him. He's a decent dancer. He was just a bit too full of himself. Pretty eyes though.

Bindi all the way! What a beautiful young lady she has grown up to become.

Paula has lost too much weight and not much of a dancer.

Alekj (Paris Train) was so cute and before on TV he mentioned that he could not dance, but what a great job his partner has done.

Gary Busey was awful.

Married couple too much hugging and kissing.

The two lady singers, not that great.

The backstreet guy, already knew how to dance, you can tell (unfair)

It might be Paula or one of the lady singers to go tonight.

It's the first night so I want to cut them some slack. 

I watched Gary Busey when he was on the Apprentice show with Donald Trump. I can't figure out if he is really the person he comes across as or if it's all an act. 

I thought Braxton did quite well for the first night.

I just wish I didn't have to mute the button every time Julianne talks. Her voice is not pleasant to me. Just wish she would tone it down a few notches.

Always love to watch Derek dance, but admit I miss Max!

Haven't heard of most of these people, so am looking forward to knowing more about them.

I was looking forward to getting to know Paula Dean from her point of view, but must admit the comment about the poop was inappropriate.

As to the burp segment, I had to remind myself that the people who are following and filming all these people are looking for something to cause controversy or to shock you. We've all burped in front of someone else, so that should not have been a surprise; the surprise is that the producers felt it was noteworthy to include in her segment. I remember them including burping segments of Derek years past, and because most of us like him we thought it was okay and smiled. So I guess it depends upon who is doing the public burping.

I always enjoy watching the dancing. I wish I had the body and the moves that these professionals have! But I'm way past my prime! ha!

@World Traveler  Ms World, two good reviews of the show last night.  I never enjoyed PD but wow was she rude and ignorant in her own home practicing and belching - what was that all about??!!  How disgusting!  She can't dance either, and yeah again, her gross comment afterwards - this alone counts her OUT!

Busey - you know, some time ago he suffered a stroke.  I wonder if it affected him in a negative way.  I'm sorry if it did for him, but he is just too weird for me.  Down right scary too.  WOuld NOT want to meet him in a dark alley if you get my drift!

These two are the ones who need to go NOW.
