Is anyone else disturbed by the recent Allstate commercials and mayhem?

Actually,I have loved every Meyhem commercial I have ever seen.
Maybe I missed one and haven't seen them all. Which commercial do you find disturbing?

With former NBA star Larry Bird? Hilarious!

It is comedy, and is not an issue for me.🥰

Can you be more specific @Daffney? I don't know which Allstate commercial you are referring to although, truth be told, I'm not usually offended by any commercial.

No. I am disturbed by the Jardiance commercial. That stupid little pill with a big story to tell. 😩😩😩

Nope

No, I was referring to all of them. I think I must be overly sensitive.
On Jeopardy, the question was asked what crime is committed on
Allstate commercials; the answer was physical assault. I suppose
our society has become accustomed to violence...Sad.

I don't like them either and think they are awful and not at all funny.
So, it's not just you.
I guess I never think violence is funny.

@on the bay & @Daffney I know the Allstate commercials are supposed to be funny but like you I don't care for them. I think partly because I do not like the actor who stars in them. I didn't care for him on L&O SVU. He just gives me a creepy vibe.
I'm going to jump into a little different subject matter than this commercial but talking about violence brings up something that seems to be prevalent in TV shows and that is showing a woman slapping a man in the face because he said something that she didn't like. This scenario is often used in the daytime drama genre and it always elicits comments like good for her or she really showed him.
Would the same scene be so funny if it was a man slapping a woman in the face?
No one should ever use physical violence against anyone except in the event of trying to save your life.
Sorry to bring the mood down when this was just discussing the Allstate commercial, but it's always been a bone of contention to me regarding how a woman can behave in such a manner but it would never be, nor should it ever be, accepted showing the same type of behavior by a man.
Forgive me for jumping on my soapbox, but talking about violence just brings up this subject that has always bothered me on TV.
