Has anyone started thinking about their Christmas/Holiday cards yet?  I usually send photo cards of my pets.  This year I haven't gotten a good one yet of just Frankie and Henry so thought I might send one of Frankie, Henry and me.  I've been trying out different frames for them online.  I think I'll wait to order them though, in case I get a good picture of the two of them together.

Does anyone else do photo cards?  Do you still send cards?  I still send them because I really enjoy receiving them.  I don't send nearly as many as I used to though.

I've been making mine for the past couple of weeks.  Mine aren't photo cards.  I love sending cards.......and it's nice to receive them also!!!  But I really enjoy making all my cards for all occasions.

I purchased my Christmas cards a few weeks ago because a store was having a BOGO sale which included wrapping paper.  Now I have to get my Christmas stamps and have family pictures done.

We have about a dozen cards to send out. Last year we received 2 back. Not much into them anymore.

I send out cards...fewer every year, sadly, as some on my list are no longer with us.  My elderly relatives enjoy receiving them, and there are a few friends where the card and note are one of the few times we connect through the year.

I don't expect to get many...which is fine.

I usually hand-deliver cards to my siblings and nieces and nephews at our family party early in December.

My late husband and I sent out photo cards every year until our daughters got married (they married 3 months apart).

I always sent with it a funny (always funny) Christmas letter.

It's been years (about 15 now) and I've had people still ask me if I'm going to send out one of MINE Christmas letters.  Ha!

Now my oldest daughter does the same thing every year.  My youngest adult daughter sends out Photo cards of beautiful pictures she took of snow in Colorado where she lives.  They look like store bought cards but they're actually a picture she took.

This year I guess it will be of my furgrandbaby (wow is that a made up word or what) of her dog in the snow.  Ha!

I have ours addressed and stamped. I cut several people from the list this year, but still send out about 50.

I’ll mail them on December 10th.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

We send out fewer abd fewer every year. Ours have already been purchased. They look like our pines. Our kids do not send cards, but e-mail.

I tell this story every year. My Uncle Chuck worked seond shift at Copper Weld and would go to work TG afternoon. Aunt Jenny would do their cards after he would go to work. Theirs was alway the first we received and it became a Christmas tradition.

My Daddy loved to send Christmas cards to all his buddies from the Army.

@NickNack. Your picture card remind me of one of my parents' last Christmases.  At the time I had a little white miniature poodle that we all adored.  They called and asked me to bring him over for a Christmas picture.  I assumed they'd asked a neighbor to take the picture of the 3 of us with the dog.  Boy was I surprised to learn I was the photographer and wouldn't be in the photo with my dog.  I chuckle every time I think about it.

Yes, I send out Christmas cards but half the number that I have in the past. I'll probably send 25 or so. I enjoy sending them and I enjoy receiving them. Smiley Happy

Bought them 2 weeks ago because my favorite card store had a BOGO free sale.

It doesn't feel like Christmas unless my Christmas cards are setting up on my table! Smiley Happy
