I know this won't make sense but if you don't use enough, it will look greasy.  I especially noticed this with Tea Tree.  Since I discovered this my fine, fairly thin, frizzy hair has never looked better.  I've been using it since it's been on QVC.

@kze When I was using WEN, I also found that, no matter how much I rinsed, if I didn't use enough water to make the product creamy & "frothy" in my hair, it wouldn't rinse out. 

When reading comments and reviews about WEN, I've often wondered if people were using enough product, and enough water. That "splash of water" Chaz always used to talk about adding was never anywhere near enough for me. I would apply to wet hair, work it in, then briefly stick my head under the shower and work it in some more. Repeated as necessary to froth it up before rinsing--which didn't take all that long if  the product was frothed up enough.

There's definitely a learning curve with WEN, but if you can get it to work for you the results are wonderful! I only stopped because of financial reasons.

I used WEN for several years.  But stopped because the cost was ridiculous (IMHO).  Frankly, my hair looks just as good, if not better, using much cheaper shampoos and conditioners.

Chaz has nice, thick hair, but his product was not good for me. I have medium density hair and it made my hair fall out in clumps and greasy. I never used it again.

I love WEN on the day I use it.  But next day...no way.  My hair is limp and looks like it needs a shampoo.  I will use up what I have ( I use it as conditioner when I use my new bar shampoo) but I will not buy more.

I I have semi-tint ,bright red burgundy hair that is white at the roots, lol.as Lucy used to say.  It is fine, long and curly and can be so curly and frizzy I look like methusa if not careful. Wen is the only shampoo that snaps the curl back in smoothly.  I have used it for 15 years I think, and wouldn't the without it. I still use a Deva Curl conditioner, but it's wen that does the job.  I have a shine, manageability, and my hair really puffs up thick. I can go 6 days between shampoos, and never greasy. I am retired, and since I have semi color done every 6-7 weeks, I try to wash less if I don't have any plans to go anywhere.  People always say, how do I keep my hair so thick looking at my age (almost 78). I say... Wen and Rogaine.  lol.

Me too although I never used Rogaine...thinking you were probably joking about that anyway.
