A test I took in a doctor's office, made me wonder how many women can do the second part!
Stand bare footed and straight on a plain floor.
1. Come forward on your toes.
2. Return to flat.
Can you raise the front of both feet standing on the back of your heel?
I can't do #2; I don't think I ever have.

Yes, I can do it easily. Why did your physician ask you to do this? If this is to test balance, at times mine is problematic!

I can do it but I'm wobbly. Walking on my heels is no problem though.
What's the point? No one does that under normal circumstances.

Yes I can. I did it last as part of a neurological assessment of my meningeoma. I think it would be used in assessing a lot of medical issues.
@Sugipine It was part of assessing my balance, movements and ability to follow directions, etc.
