I eat a lot of veg, frequently three kinds at dinner.  We also eat a lot of kale, but I don't have recipes for more involved things, like veg stew, so I am looking forward to the new book.  Not giving up salmon, though

Oh @NoelSeven I hope we don't have the same doctor as he and I pretty much loathe each other but since it's five minutes once a year we make do.  

I was much better last year about my diet but this year I have been just terrible and need to get back on the better eating bandwagon as I have all the tools to do so . . . thank you for reminding me my friend!

I adore my lupus doctor.  I am now pretty sure he's a bit of a health nut.  He's the one who told me to start taking Vitamin D, also. Plus, eat grass fed beef every one or two weeks.

He came into my room when I was in the hospital with that eye attack.  I was up doing something, holding the back of my gown shut.  He tsked tsked and said I needed a second gown to wear as a robe.  So he went out and got one for me, then we both stood there trying to figure out how it worked

I am glad you have a good doctor for your lupus @Noel7 and that you trust him.  My doctor was my mom's doctor and he's convenient and doesn't bug me about anything except that I am overweight (nobody is more aware of that than me buddy) so like I said we put up with each other once a year.

Does anyone watch Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries?  I am just starting on the season 3 DVDs.   I think I am one of many who not only admire her spirit, intelligence, and character, but kind of want to be her.
