@dooBdoo Pardon, sorry to bother.
Since I have gone to a #4 font, is there a way to keep from entering the poster's name again and again until it comes up "live" (in blue)?
Is there a way to set font 4 so I don't have to keep repeating all of the backing up and re typing?
Many thanks.![]()
(In looking back at this, #4 font didn't happen and I had clicked on it!)

Hi, @ECBG! You're never a bother, my friend!ā¤ļø
The Community doesn't allow us to customize a default font size setting, so we have to change it each time we post.
Just my experience, it's probably easiest to:
first type our post without making any font selections,
then select/highlight the post (the same way we select/highlight if we want to copy-and-paste),
then use the toolbar to change the size, color, etc., of the text we selected.
When we use the @+name feature, if we change the font size the "@name" loses the blue-green color but still works as a hyperlink notification.
You can test the "@name" in a post, after you post it, by hovering the cursor over it or click/tap it... you'll see that it's a "live" link, even though the color changed.
Hope that makes sense! If not, or if I didn't understand the question, please give a hollar. Take care.š

@dooBdoo Thank you! I was doing all of it "backerds"!!!

Hah! š You are so cute, @ECBG (and that sweet puppy is adorable, too!)! I hear my southern roots saying "backerds" complete with the appropriate, honey-smooth drawl!
You're welcome. The way this site handles our text is clunky, but usually we can figure out how to make it work.š

Hi, @1Snickers! I am so sorry for taking so long to come back 'round to this thread! I was away from posting for a while and haven't done a good job of catching up.
On my iPad, here's what I do to highlight and change the text.
I touch and hold at the first part of the text until I see the "Select" and "Select All" options appear:
I usually go ahead and select all of the text to change it all to the same size and color.
So, after I tap "Select All" I see this (in the screen shot).
You'll notice all of my text has been highlighted:
I then tap on the "Font Sizes" option
in the QVC reply box toolbar.
I tap on the size I want, and it applies it to the selected highlighted text.
I hope that helps, or at least gets you started in making it work for you.š
If you have more questions, just ask. We have lots of iPad users here who are so helpful, so together we can usually find a way to navigate this cranky website.
Be well and safe, everyone.š»

Golly, you are all so good with tech. I sit in awe when I read all you do. Do not have a clue as to what you are speaking of but never the less it leaves me wondering.
I still look for a simple on and off switch or an escape button that works!
The only way I will make it to the cloud will be with a helium balloon.

@chiclets Thank you. I'm a retired teacher and one of the others worked in an office or in technology.![]()

Why thank you, @chiclets! Not everyone needs or wants to get immersed in all things techie. In my case, though, I've spent most of my life in IT design/development/implementation/support/management in a national healthcare setting. It's something I enjoy so I feel blessed to be a part of the tech field. We have a wealth of helpful posters with enviable experience, education, and knowledge -- it makes for a great, supportive "community" for sure. Thanks, again, for your cheerful and thoughtful post. You put a smile on my face.š

@chiclets Thank you, but I'm absolutely not good with technology! I joined forums originally to learn how to use my I pad and improve typing, etc. It's largely trial and error for me!
