I do what i can.  i don't go nuts cleaning like i did when i was younger.   i would like to cut down on clutter though. i don't know how to do this.  i'm shredding constantly.

I try to think of cleaning as exercise. I'm looking forward to retiring so I can break it up and do a little each day.  Those marathon cleaning days of my youth are no longer doable. Thank you, OP, for recommending the YouTube series.  I'm one of those oddballs who thinks cleaning and organizing is fun.  🤷

If you want inspiration, watch an episode of "Hoarders". It works for me every time.

For some crazy reason, I put on "50s, 60s CLASSIC ROCK RADIO STATION" and "my AGED body just ROCKS with energy" (to clean) (only) to a more inspired extent, but then,  I'm easily p00ped!

One task, I really enjoy is... Washing, Drying, perfectly Folding, neatly putting away *MY OWN* Clothes.

...  when finished, it feels like I have a "full bank account (of clothes)"

But a trusted "cleaning person" sureeeee does sound wonderful!!

@house_cat  OMG  Hoarders!  I can't watch that show anymore it just honestly turns my stomach.  Especially the bathrooms and kitchens.  It's a horror show.
