We are an eggs, bacon or sausage, toast family. Cereal is not on our menu. Oatmeal is served occasionally.  I use the Quaker One Minute Oats, add Splenda, sugar free syrup on top, add walnuts.

Enjoy everyone.

For breakfast I rotate oatmeal or Honey Nut Cheerios or sometimes a poached egg on an english muffin and a small glass of Cranberry/Cherry or orange juice.

I normally eat a breakfast/granola bar for breakfast or a piece of fruit.  If I have something more substantial, it is eggs w/ a breakfast meat and hash browns.  My favorite is a breakfast burrito.

I've never been much of a cereal eater.  I only eat it a few times a year and then it's Honey Nut Cheerios or something like Special K w/ dried fruit in it.

Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit, but Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

@RedTop  Frosted Mini Wheats!  I maybe had them Once in a bowl with milk.  I like to dunk them in my tea like a cookie.

I also like Grape Nuts with milk ( sorry ) microwave them til they're nice and warm then pour in some maple syrup.  Dinner and dessert at the same time.

Not sure I Have a healthy choice.

The only cereal I eat is oatmeal, cooked on the stove not that instant packet stuff or original Cheerios.

@cheriere  I  love toast with peanut butter and banana on it. A cup of coffee too.

That sounds good.  Since I'm not a fan of peanut butter, I could have Nutella and banana on my toast.  Thanks for sharing.💝🌸

Just oatmeal - cold overnight oats with blueberries, cinnamon and walnuts. Nearly every day for several years. Love it and crave it.

I would eat a massive bowl of Raisin Bran if it’s in the house so I don’t purchase.

When I was little: original Cap’n Crunch
