With a milk allergy, cereal has never been of great interest to me. Once in a blue moon I will eat frosted mini wheats, honey bunches of oats, plain Cheerios, Rice Krispies, or Raisin Bran. I use as little milk as possible, eat fast and hopefully pour milk down the drain. I doubt I consume even half a box of cereal a year.
My husband is the cereal eater here, eating Frosted Flakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or Fruit Loops; 2 of the double boxes from Sams a month.

I love my Cheerio's, always eat the plain ones. I no longer have a guilty pleasure (for my cereal anyway, LOL) but I used to love Cocoa Puffs as a teen!

Just oatmeal these days.
But there was a time I had a special relationship with Raisin Bran. I also recall a dalliance with Fortified Oat Flakes.

I'll keep the whole Cap'n Crunch period to myself, thank you. ![]()

I don't think there is any really healthy cereal but I do have a weakness for Rice Krispies...with very cold milk and you have to eat it before it gets mushy!

@RedTop I am lactose intolerant too but I eat my cereal every morning. We use Kroger Lactose free milk and it truly does taste better than regular milk. So we use it for mashed potatoes and anything that has milk as an ingredient.

Cheerios for me every morning thru the week. I do splurge a bit on the weekends though!!!! lol.

Walmart Bran flakes and half a banana with Fairlife no fat milk every day except ONE day on the weekend when I have Raisin Brand Crunch.
Guilty pleasure? Maybe twice a year waffle with a tad of maple syrup and a big handful of raspberries! Simi-guilty? Switch the waffles for oatmeal! I do flax oil instead of butter!
