Do you senior ladies ride bicycles? I'm not talking about stationary bikes but a bike that tours here and there.

Nope. I tried to learn as a kid and hated it. Tried again as a 30 year old and still could not get the hang of it. I can say at 70 I never really learned to ride a bike and I'm certainly not going to try now. I don't think Arizona has many bike tours and if they do it would have to be in late fall and winter. Maybe up north they do. I'm strictly a car person.

Last time I was on a bike I feel over backwards and tore my hamstring. This was about 15 years ago on vacation

I haven't been on a bike in decades. Rode a lot as a child and teenager. I may have ridden one on vacation once or twice at the beach, but probably in my 20's. No way I'm riding now.

Can't remember the last time I rode a bike. I think I could still do the riding but with my balance issues I worry about stopping. I might fall over.
If I did ride it would have to be a three wheel trike.

I loved riding a bike as a child. Last time I rode one was about 10 years ago in my 60s. Rode alone Lake Michigan. Great fun. Wouldn't bike now only because I don't have the stamina for it. Would consider getting an electric bike but living in a big city, it's not safe.

I ride my touring bike occasionally....maybe 3-4 times a year.
I have an older Royce Union that is over 40 years old....it still looks and rides as new.
It gets tuned up once in a while and get new tires. They dry rot after a while.

When I was 9 years old, I was getting ready to learn how to ride a two-wheeler. Unfortunately, a very dear friend of mine (my age) was run over and killed while riding her two-wheeler bike across a residential street where we lived.
SUCH A TERRIBLE TRAGEDY!
From that day on, I was never allowed to even go NEAR a 2-wheeler bike and to this day I have never riden one.
