My bedtime is all over the place!  I know I should be consistent but I often will fall asleep easily but will always wake up 3-4 hours later wide awake.

So I usually got to bed around 11-12 like you but will wake up around 3 am.  I will then read a bit and get drowsy around 5 or 6 and try to sleep another hour or two.  If i can't then I am tired around 9.

I can't imagine going to bed at 7:30 unless I were sick.

I can't imagine 7:30 bedtime either.  That's my 15 month old great grandson's bedtime.😁

I go to the bedroom around 9:00.  I watch in bed the news, QVC, HSN, or the Golden Girls until I get tired.

I'm up early - usually around 4:45 - 5:00 a.m.   When I get up in the morning I take my little fur baby outside for potty, feed him, take a shower and then off we go for our 2 1/2 mile walk.  I like to walk when there are not too many other people with their dogs out as my little guy gets all excited when he sees other dogs.

Bed midnight to 1 a.m., get up 7 to 8.  If husband is getting up early for golf, then bed by 11:30.

He had to leave the house by 6:30 a.m. dressed in suit and tie when working, me by 7:30, so this is heaven!

Typically we go to bed at 10 pm...up at 6 am.  I would love to sleep until 7 on the weekend but the dog insists we get up at 6!

Never watch TV in bed, in bed between 8-9 sleep and  in bed to 6-7 I track my sleep and it is never consistant. If I sleep the whole night it is maybe one a week

We're both retired so no set schedule.

Normally in bed 10-11 and up 4-6.

DH usually gets up after me.

One of the luxuries of retiring (early) was no more alarms.  My husband's alarm never woke me up, luckily!

We head to be between 11:00 and midnight.  Take a  shower which I really think helps with a good night's sleep.

I turn on the TV and watch happy, bippity-bappity shows.  It's the only time I 'claim' TV time.  My husband will watch my shows....lol.  I set the time for 30 mins.

I'm usually asleep in 5 min.  My husband right behind me.

I almost always wake up first.  Lots of times, I'll turn on the TV in bed, but real low, and watch for an hour.  Again, happy bippity-bappity shows.

I slept until 9:30 the other morning, my husband woke me up because we had to leave for somewhere at 10:30.  That is rare for me to sleep so late!

Every once in a while, my husband will sleep late (10ish) and he gets so mad at me for not waking him up!  I tell him that his body needs the sleep.  He works hard doing things around the house, like today, he laid 25 pieces of sod.  The dirt had to be churned up, then leveled, then cut the pieces of sod to fit different areas.

I hope he sleeps late tomorrow.  He says it's not 'manly' to sleep late.Woman Very Happy

I'm in bed at 11:00 and up between 6:00 - 6:30ish. This morning I woke up before 5:30 to go to the bathroom and just stayed up.

I used to be a night owl, watch Johnny Carson & the old Dave Letterman shows when he was on at 12:30a.

I have always hated getting up early, even when I worked.

So when I began working in the school system, I had to leave my house at 7a.  Horrors!Woman Sad  So I would go to bed at 9p, read for a bit and lights out at 10a as my alarm went off at 5:30a.  Winter was brutal waking up in the morning.

And since I am not working at all, it's killing me.  I go to bed 11p-ish and need sleep aids.  Sometimes I wake up several times; every once in a while sleep all night if I'm exhausted.  I hate it.

Never get out of bed before 9:30/10a unless the rare occasion I have to be somewhere.  I miss my old routine.  I've become a slug.
