I go to sleep around 1:30 to 2 am.  I get up usually between 8:30- 9:30 am.  I'm retired, so no need to get up earlier.  I live alone so the only thing I have to do when I get up is feed the cat.  And she let's me know if I am in bed too long!

I have no schedule and that is probably why I don't sleep well. I used to be teased for sleeping TOO much (hence the nic), and now I wake up every 2-3 hours and can't easily get back to sleep. Fall asleep anywhere between midnight and 3 a.m. and get out of bed anywhere between 7:30 and 9:30.

Lights out at 10 pm. In the morning, we watch the local news from 6:30 to 7:00 before getting up.

I go to bed around 12 am or so and channel surf for a while and then the alarm first goes off at 4 am. I have a 2nd alarm at 4;30 am and a third alarm at 5 am. I don't need much sleep.

I turn off lights between 11-midnight and get up sometime between 7-10 am. If I had trouble falling asleep, I stay in bed longer the next morning. I can't imagine going to bed as early as 7 or 8pm, but if it works for some people, great. Before retirement I was in bed by 10 pm and up by 6am to get ready to go to work.

Looks as though we're all over the clock on sleep times here.  I appreciate the responses, interesting.
