I don't wear a wig, but....I have choices in how I spend my money. Not spending it here, unless I get free shipping, or some type of price break.

I realize there is free shipping this weekend. Ordered two items. Can get what I need elsewhere if this is the last free shipping weekend. Doesn't hurt me one bit to shop elsewhere.

But what QVC doesn't tell the new customers is that returns aren't free. I only shop QVC if I'm sure that I won't need to return the item. All my other shopping is done on sites that offer free shipping AND returns.

I have been shopping with QVC for about 30 years, probably thousands of dollars a year, and I don't think I have ever received any coupons (it was supposed to be great values every day! Ha!), any mug, or any of the other gifts a few customers have reported getting, no perks for being a loyal member...

I do remember getting coupons from HSN, and they used to have combined shipping, which saved money. Don't know if they do now. I stopped shopping there because they have very little that interests me, probably only Jay King, so I stopped checking in when it became rare to see him bring something special, which he used to do all the time. It has been years since I shop HSN, so no idea what is happening. When Mindy Grossman left HSN, all the good things about HSN stopped. Loved DVF, Terry Lewis, fashion capsule collections...

I wonder how QVC gets new customers with these promotions. Is there a way to learn these promotions are available to them?

@NYCLatinaMe Try giving HSN another look. I've returned mostly to them and have gotten some great buys. I received a coupon from them for $10 off a minimum $50 order. Well $50 is easy enough to get to so I've purchased some things this month for me and for my home for example Beekman soaps, stuff like that. (I'm trying to be practical, LOL) but I also ordered Curtis Stones bread machine which I've been thinking about for awhile now. I got free shipping and used the coupon for another $10 off. the coupon could be used multiple times this month

I received a post card recently from QVC offering 25% off a mininum $50 purchase up to $30 in savings. Can only be used one time.

I only purchased one item from QVC IN 2022 prior to the post card. I am not a regular customer.

@Shanus In my opinion this is going to hurt them. These people will not stay after 1 or 2 purchases. They need to get rid of whoever is making these decisions. I hope the sales are low from the old Customers, it will serve them right.
