Epi, I am glad you saw thru that. I would NEVER contribute to ARC. Will leave a lot of comments out however will say I am from a military family who lost a member in WWII and what they did about that is unforgivable. Their head honcho also makes way too much $$$$ - just not right. Other organizations help more. Other things also - they give so little of the money people contribute. Enough said

By the way Davey actually went in his room - did a great job and then asked if he could spend the night with Joey - WOW. Also pleased at his grades - his school provides weekly progress reports. YES DAVEY - keep it up. Course two nights ago he screwed up badly - reminded him I AND NOT HIS MOTHER OR FATHER give him  responsibilities while living with me!

Very cool here this morning.  Next week it is supposed to warm up a little again.  

Bernie how are you doing?  Does it still hurt to breath deeply?  Im hoping my grandson will belle to come this weekend and trim our bushes.  I sure don't want Merle on a ladder.

Good morning one and all. Betty hope that grandson gets over to help a bit.How nice to have some grands around and better yet, have them willing to help.

It is quite chilly this morning yet still suppose to get up to about 90 or so. Has always fascinated me that this part of the country can change in weather/temps so drastically in a couple hours. Can literally freeze early a.m. and during the night and then sweat like a stuck pig during the day. Nothing like changing a good 40 degrees in a few hours.

Leaving some more of those great bagels and cream cheese - eat up and enjoy.

It's an abomination what is happening down there.  I don't have cable however I've been tuning in to Good Morning America this past week for a few minutes as I run around the house getting ready for work.  People are sincerely begging for life sustaining supplies like water and medicine and they can't get it.  These people are not asking for snacks.  It's like Katrina all over again from where I sit.

For those who don't know - I did a flying Walenda and fell awkwardlly on a daybed rail and did a number on my right ribcage, lol.

I slept like the dead last night and if I have to cough or find myself getting ready to laugh, if I position myself a certain way, it don't hurt too bad.
