am here

this morn, dh and i were doing chores around the house when I looked out kitchen window and 6 cop cars were at that place out my back door one empty lot over. wonder what happened now. don't even know these people but cops are always at their house, constantly fighting, she is a street thug type person, he is chain smoker loose pants below the rear end wearer.the languages out of their mouths wow those 5 kids are getting a real upbringing on cuss/swear/screaming words.this has been my day

not much else.

I just want to say I am feeling so good lately. On June 28 I had a bowel resection due to 2 years of recurring small bowel obstruction events which each landed me in the BEST hospital around for 3 days.

My wonderful, fantastic surgeon got me all fixed up and now no more of the dietary no-no's my gastro doc had me on due to this "situation."  It's so great to feel normal and healthier than I have in a long time.

Sorry to ramble but I really always enjoy this forum and rarely post. Hope I didn't put any of you to sleep! I wish you all a good day and a nice week

How wonderful that you're finally feeling good!  

A friend had a similar situation a few years ago.  She had been struggling with problems for years and then they finally realized part of her bowel was crushed.  She had a section removed and was able to eat and function normally for the first time in years.

I think we tend to take our health for granted and can forget what a gift it is just to feel "normal".

I didn't buy it yet @Mz iMac  This is gonna sound ridiculous.... I bought the Deluxe release of Sign O the Times like in October or November as a Christmas present from me to me last year.  I put that thing away to resist temptation to open it early and got around to it in April or May.  When I was listening to the remastered version of the straight up album I swear something is wrong with the audio of Starfish and Coffee.  I swear to God Almighty is there is some way even a small one that the estate can muck up these releases they find it.
