We went to Kohl's and left empty-handed. Nothing we needed. Their Christmas decorations were marked to 60% off. 🛍️🎄

Then we walked across the parking lot to Texas Roadhouse for lunch and a margarita. 🥩🍹

We're back home for Columbo on COZI and naps. 📺 😴

So that's the first part of our weekend, 😘🥳

Omg that's funny.   And so true.  People ask that.  I went for my mammogram yesterday and I was very early so the receptionist and I chatted.   30ish young woman.  Of course she asked me if I had anything fun planned for the weekend.  My first thought was it will be in the 20s this weekend, I'm not going out.  Then I thought I would sound like I'm 90. Lol.   So I said movie and dinner on Saturday.  Which wasn't a lie.  I just didn't say the movie will be on Netflix and Uber Eats will deliver our meal.

Hahaha.  Your post just reminded me that the last time I had a mammogram (back in October), the technician asked me what I had planned for the rest of the day.  "Um, nothing" was my initial thought.  "It's the middle of the day in the middle of the week.  Getting dressed and coming out for the mammo was my big outing for the week". LOL.

We stayed in all weekend...a big family dinner on Fri. night and that knocked me out! I slept like a baby.

Wish we had Walmart since it sound like THE place ya'll go to kill some time and shop. We do have a Target, but that's not a weekend trip since it's so busy and the checkout lines are too long. As I've gotten older, I can get whatever errands I have and grocery shopping done in one day and then what? I try to arrange doctor appts. for us so that they're spread out and I HAVE to get out and be moving.

ZERO DARK THIRTY on Netflix last night. Really good. Must have missed it when it was more popular.

It has been so cold and then snow so staying home has been a luzury and a necessity.

Friday night was dinner with bowling league friends, the league is not active any longer but we always had fun going to state tournaments and though a couple of the guys are in a men's league we gals miss one another so we decided to do this monthly. Sadly there have been a few deaths in the past couple of years there are 3 regular couples that attend there are 2 or 3 other couples that pop in when they are able to do so.

Due to the weather yesterday was the our first quarter birthday luncheon get together, 14 of us got there for lunch. There's a group of us that celebrate the birthdays as a group each quarter, there were 4 celebrants for this one. Good food and great company!

@meallen616   Hope being busy getting well has helped and you're on the mend.
