Wanted to tell  you about Twelve O'clock High (movie) without getting off topic on the other thread.

 

Some training person a my last employment decided in that movie was represented all the primary management techniques so they chose it as an example.  Over the years, I must have seen it close to a dozen times.

 

It's a good thing I really liked the movie; so much so that all the management aspects escaped me and I always just sat and enjoyed it. 

 

Maybe you can find them next time you see it.

@Kachina624  I have heard that the movie was used to showcase management techniques several times. I'm a huge B-17 fan, so this movie (along with the TV show) are favorites of mine.

 

TV show runs on H and I TV each Sunday A M at 1.

 

No one does Savage like Peck, though.

 

I think years ago I might have had a few guys who thought these were great techniques, but I disagree, of course.
