The 'antennas' don't get caught in anything. Those are actually handles, made of soft flexible plastic, and that's what you pull on to remove the hearing aid out of your ear. @CalminHeart

If the hearing aid falls out of your ear then that could mean the wrong size bud is on it or it could mean the bud or the ear canal needs to be cleaned. Also, can mean the hearing aid hasn't been put into the ear canal deep enough. All of those reasons I have experienced myself so I know.
