@RinaRina I didn't read all the posts so someone may have mentioned this, but I would have felt disrespected. IMO when who ever was supposed to meet with you saw that time was short they should have let you know and scheduled another appointment instead of letting you hang. I agree with what JH said in the movie. I quit my cardiologist because she took a personal phone call during my appointment with her.

Thank you!
Personally, I would never do that to anyone. It feels like being stood up.
Not only is it disrespectful, but it shows a lack of professionalism and poor time management skills, which frankly, has a direct correlation to incompetence.

Sometimes i feel as if we are reading two different Posts.
At first @RinaRina said she asked the Person if she could see the other two employees first. How about that? You had your chance and you gave it up. Maybe the person was a little mad that you did that and decided that you can wait. Maybe not.
Iv´e been to my Doctor´s office and he had an emergency at the hospital. Should he say ¨Tell her not to push, I´ll be right there until I see this patient in my office´? No.
There are all kinds of emergencies and some more important that others.
Yes, I have always heard that been late is being disrespectful.
But that´s coming from a person who´s always on time. Got that from my Dad.
Also it made it seem as if what you had to say wasn´t that important because you asked to go last.

@RinaRina You weren't disrespected at all. You didn't have a scheduled time, so she wasn't late. You asked her to talk to the other two people first, and she did. Then she had an emergency meeting, which you should be able to understand does happen. She would have met with you that day, but you wouldn't wait. How is any of that disrespecting you?

When I read the post I thought the OP was questioning whether she herself was the disrespectful one!

YOU told the manager to see the other two people FIRST, which she did.
Then an emergency came up, which any good manager would put at the top of the list to take care of.
If you were in the hospital bleeding out, should the doctor see you first, or the guy with the splinter in his finger?
There was an emergency, and I'm sorry, but your "problem" was the splinter in the finger.
Contrary to what you might think, the world does not revolve around you, and cater to your every wish.
If the meeting was that important to you, you would have stuck around, but you felt that the boss should cater to you.
Uh, no.
An employee does not make demands to the boss.
6:30 isn't late.
It's not like it was 2:30 in the morning.
But since you got your nose all bent out of joint, because *gasp* how dare the boss take care of the emergency first, you decided to leave, so I guess the "problem"wasn't all that important to you.

I agree with @Anonymous032819 .
Also - you should have stayed. 6:30 is not late and if it was that important, you would have stayed.

wow, can't believe you waited till message 42 to really say what you came here to say.
"It feels like being stood up.

Always some sort of on the job pot stirring, questioning co-worker(s) who aren't meeting your expectations. This job/this time it's the manager, and you even included a performance review (above).
Sounds to me like you're dreading your meeting, so you have to discredit the manager now to take the sting out of what you think they may say when you meet.

We have quarterly meetings with the whole office and the highest level supervisor made a statement in the July meeting. She said, on time is 15 minutes before the meeting is to begin. Late is walking in at the exact time meeting begins as you are disrupting and they have to stop for you to find a seat.
Novembers meeting, no one was late.

In other words, make excuses for why things didn't go her way.
It's easier to do that, than to admit that the fault lies at her feet.
