@jackthebear

This probably a way for customers to pick up packages in a timely manner delivered to a locker. They do this where I live too.

I heard talk of lock boxes for your porch.

I walk into Kohls and they have a dedicated area to return Amazon packages.  They take care of everything.  Easy in and out. And they hand you a discount coupon for shopping at Kohls.  Love it.

I love this about Khols. I get coupons everytime I go. Last week it was $5 off. Usually it's 25% off. Received a package on Saturday and decided to return it because it was not what I expected, I was so disappointed when the Buyer said I could keep it. I was looking forward to getting my Coupon.

@frenchie Unless someone knows something I don't, you still need a code to return to Kohl's. You can, though, have Amazon email it to you and print out the email.

My local Rite Aid has Amazon Lockers.

Amazon will email you a code, you go to the touchscreen at the lockers, enter the code, locker door opens, leave the package, close the door. UPS will pick it up there.

This is a good service. I'd not heard of this one. Will have to see if it's an option locally.

Unless something has changed, when processing returns with Amazon I've been able to choose the method I prefer to use for a return. If there seems to be a problem choosing your preferred method, have their Customer Service call you. They are almost always accommodating. I've even asked them to mail me UPS return labels, which they've done. I hope they stay as helpful and don't go the way of some retailers whereby the customer does all the jumping through hoops.

I don't understand this. All my Amazon returns are through Khols but my brother's are done through UPS don't know why. I have never seen UPS on my list for returns. I love returning to Khols because I get a coupon that can be used at Khols.

Yesterday I got a $5.00 off Coupon when I returned something to Khols and I was able to get a pair of jeans that was on sale for 8.00 marked down from 18.00 and a candle. All I had to pay was $5 and change.

You have to make sure that Khols is listed. No package either for Khols.

@Sage04   You have to scroll down the list of drop off places to see UPS.  That's what I have to do.  Kohl's isn't convenient for me.
