I have seen Amazon trucks and the smaller sized vans in my neighborhood daily. Lots of deliveries to my house and lots of others too.

Same with me....email and tracking says delivering 'today'...said that for 4 days in a row. Fed Ex even though we have Amz trucks in our development every day.
Then status changed to carrier never received merch.
Had to request a credit and reship. Both items were 'ships from Amazon'
So much for Prime shipping and service.

Must be a regional thing/depending on where you live/if you live near a distribution center.

I order from Amazon several times a week. Sometimes delvery by Amazon, other times by usps. My only gripe is the occasional time when delivery comes late in the evening. (Like 10PM or later).

I don't even see too many of their trucks on the road. Could it be the high gas prices that had them switch back to other delivery services?
I am still getting one or two day deliveries even with UPS and USPS...
Anyone one else?
You are 100% correct on this and it has been the pattern for about 4 months in my big metroplex. USPS also delivers for UPS around here. It is cheaper. We also have amazon contractors driving their own vehicles to deliver and the white unmarked Amazon delivery trucks. I find that anything delivered or processed by the USPS here is a day or two slower than they claim it will be. I live in a huge mail hub but our service is known to be terrible since the pandemic. But I will say that our newish young postal carrier was out walking through the snow a few weeks ago when the ice and snow storm hit this normally warmer climate town.

@RespectLife Although personally I have only ordered from Amazon a few times, it would be fine with me when the package arrived as long as it was within a reasonable timeframe. The issue is that they generally promise next day delivery and then it keeps getting pushed back or doesn't even arrive. Just be honest about the delivery date.

I live in WA state (NOT Seattle) and i see Amazon and Amazon Prime trucks through my neighborhood almost daily and often 2 or 3 times.

Shippers everwhere and merchants are scrambling to do what it takes to get packages to us.
It seems that problems and solutions vary widely and are probably due to regional warehouses and shipping carriers that vary from place to place. Along with weather problems in the winter, wrecks etc.
And throw in a few crooks who steal loads of stuff!

Last 2 deliveries we received were via amazon delivery. My wife got 1 package from the Q and 1 package from hsn. 1 was USPS the other was FedX.
