I don’t know how a coworker did this and she no longer works at the same place but


She did some kind of Age Test and she came in to work all upset, because the test results determined she had the body of a 63 year old but she was only in her 40’s. 🥴

Admitting our age and being aware and accepting of us lets us live our life at its best throughout.  There are steps we need to take because of our age.

Thinking about how we will live and make money, about how to work and deal with the stresses middle age bring, and how to make our lives better, safer and more secure for old age.

If you ignore this and don't help yourself deal with, it often doesn't work out too well.  Hope is not a plan, as they say.  But a plan may give us hope.

Two years ago a Dr. described my husband as a "high functioning" 75 year old.  Are you high functioning or low functioning?  I think I'm pretty much high functioning.

In my mind, "old age" means using canes, walkers, rollators and taking several different prescription medicines.

No offense to those who depend on the above-mentioned items, but that's just how I perceive old age.

Old age is anyone 20+ years older than you are. Whatever age that may be. Lol
