Hmmmm, StoveTop Stuffing Meatloaf?

So, do you prepare the stuffing as directed, and then mix it in with the Ground Beef, etc. instead of bread crumbs?

I actually made Meatloaf for Sunday dinner yesterday. Smiley Happy

For years, and to this day, I have always had a hard time falling asleep on Sunday nights. Years ago I had a much more stressful job, with kids living at home to deal with. Now kids are out of the house and my job is less stressful, yet Sunday nights is always a problem. Anyone else?

@Puppy Lips, you brought up a topic that stirred a reaction in quite a few posters, including me.

As far back as I remember, I always dreaded Sunday nights, even as a child. I'd get a feeling of doom or emptiness, as if I were lost in a vast darkness.

I think I've lost my knack for making meat loaf. Never seems to turn out like when I was younger.

@Patriot3, have you tried Lipton's Souperior Meatloaf recipe? 'Frost' it w/ a mixture of brown sugar and ketchup, & it's delish!

I didn't like Sundays when I was dreading Mondays & the long week that followed.

Sunday nights were always a restless night for me.  Now being retired, it has changed.  However, after getting up at 5 am for 45 years, two years later, I still can't seem to sleep in.  If I make it to 530, I'm so happy.  Sometimes, I get up, make my coffee, have a cup, and try to lay down again.  But THE best is not cleaning off the car with snow and ice, no longer winter work mornings, and I love it.
