@Shanus   I'm a lousy tracker, except of the weather.  I'm going back to that.

@Shanus   I have a DDS appointment for May, an Opthomologist appointment in October and a GYN appointment in April. Plus, special family events and a couple of weddings this summer.

With cronic medical issues, I also have lab work done every four weeks throughout the year as well as appointments set up with my specialists every three months (all in advance) to have the first appointment of the day (which is the safest and quickest in and out).

In 2020 I did a lot of volunteering: political, over 300 City parks always need help with planted and trimming, etc., Food Bank, and tutoring algebra students who had problems learning on-line (second semester when classes closed).

Even with autoimmune diseases, I felt completely safe and never experienced any health problems helping others less fortunate.

Money screams; wealth whispers.

Really hard to plan for the future when it looks so bleak.  I also tend to live day by day.  Other than having to make dentist appointments four months out or the like... I prefer to just live day to day... month to month since the pandemic started changing our lives.

@Shanus Every day that God gets us up is a good day according to my mother, she taught me a lot about life.  My mother passed at 84 so I honor her memory and pray that 2021 is a happy and healthy one for us all!

I have very few things to put in a schedule calendar or any book. Every month to the hospital, easy to remember. Ice skating? No way I forget the day or time.

For me I just wing most days and go with my own flow.

@qualitygal   Do you really decorate your planner pages? I thought I was the only one who did that. I use watercolors, markers, doodles, stickers....go through and decorate several pages at a time. I have 9X12 planners. It gives me lots of room to paint "rick rack" around days I have something planned, comcentric circles in rainbow colors around doc appts., etc.

Each day has a little more than an inch square to write what's planned that day. If nothing, I use the space to "journal" a short thought about the weather or what I did at home, who I spoke to....I have the finished calendars/planners piled up with my journals. ***I put wax paper between pages so markers and paints don't leak throught to next page.

@BirkiLady   I kept up with my volunteering at the local soup kitchen.I remained cooking in the kitchen area and was removed from those coming in to get a hot meal.

I also brought meals for the freezer to our Ronald McDonald House. Families stay there while loved ones are in the nearby hospital for extended periods of time.

I was teaching arts and crafts in 2 nursing homes. That was shut down at the very beginning when the earliest cases were discovered in others facilities.

@Boomernichols   I agree with your Mom and stay positive. Certainly next year must be better than 2020!

Good one!  It doesn't matter what WE plan, life makes it's own plans!!!!
