I bought the body gym about 6 months ago.  My usage has been fairly consistent.  Anyway, I just wanted to post this to see if those who have it....what kind of results are you getting and what are your favorite exercises to do?

I have to be honest and say I'm not consistent because I also go to the gym during the week but I do do the situps on a fairly routine basis and I have definitely gone flatter in that area.  Smiley Happy

I use mine consistently every other day usually but sometimes daily.  I got it to use when I had a torn miniscus and couldn't do my regular workouts.  I did and still do on the exercies I can do sitting.  I had much better arm shaping than my harder regular workouts and my back area also firmed up more as well as my abs.   I was really surprised at such great results.  I really like the rowing one best and that is what has helped my abs so much.
