Definitely!
Forks Over Knives & What the Health are definitely
the 1A & 1B of Nutritional Advocacy Films.
Both have changed so many lives.

If you seek actual knowledge please read the criticisms of this film.
Appears to be a sketchy so called "documentary" with cherry picked "data".
Truth comes from investigating and hearing all sides of issues before making decisions.

Lost several friends and family. On the other hand. Father 95 has never been sick or spent time in hospital. Sixty years ago long before what we know now. He began living plant based lifestyle. He's amazing! People think he's in his 70's. Independent travels golfs. I speak from experience. I was sick! No longer the case. Choose to thrive and keep growing with awareness. Choice is right before us.

Very sorry about your (and our) losses.
Glad to hear about your father and you.
But that's unrelated to my post. I'm speaking of the film.
The criticisms are many and from variety of sources.
Don't be afraid to read and consider them. As I'm sure you know you can find actual scholarly resources to support plant based diets.

Most people have investigated & research both sides before promoting
'What the Health'...that is what makes it so powerful & eye-opening.
It's not a big surprise our food & medical system is being governed
by big money...BIG money. It's no secret...this film just reminds us
that WE have the power to be healthy & not succumb to the effects
of Modern Day Illnesses like heart disease, T2 diabetes, obesity, etc.
All that can change with the power of Food! So simple.
"...find actual scholarly resources to support plant based diets."
Yes, there numerous, thousands-hundreds of thousands, of studies which backs the PB benefit....but we don't need that. We have multi-generational cultures throughout the World who have eaten primarily plant-based diets.
Just look to each of our ancestors. Don't need a 'study' for that.

There are are reliable resources to support plant based diets.
This fake-umentary is not one of them and only casts shadows on those who use complete data and complete studies to guide those interested in following such a diet.

Keeping people sick through food is a big business. Not sure most people realize how affordable and accessible living well is. Instead of spending $$Ă— making oneself sick. Pennies on the dollar eat well.
Deflection.
My comments are about the flick. Using a junk science film to try and promote the healthy eating plan is a turn off to potential converts.
It's completely unnecessary to use it since there are better resources.
