They dropped the ball in this case and know it. They should have pressed to see the tape earlier and they didn't. TMZ scooped them all.

I remember when Red McCombs was selling the Spurs and it was a bit scary while we waited to see if anyone would step up to keep the team in San Antonio....luckily they did!
