Trader Joe's - NO Apeel (coating) - for those interested/concerned

I know not everyone is interested; but, for those who are, Trader Joe's does not have Apeel on its produce.  (Heard back from their customer service office.)

Be it out of concerns for heavy metals, safety standards, leaky gut, financial backers, whatever -- if you happen to wonder about its use, it's nice knowing Trader Joe's does not use it.

Whole Foods does seem to have it on their produce.  It would be helpful if they labelled the particular produce having it (vs a general statement).

Hopefully the above information is helpful.

@Julie_23 I looked up what this product is. It might help others if you added an explanation about it to your post. Thanks. I also want to thank you for helping me learn something new.
