Poll: What Have You finally decided to do?
I've finally decided to KNIT instead of eating Tootsie Rolls when I get anxious.

I finally decided, that the only snacks I will allow myself is fruit. Nothing that crunches.

I wish I could knit. Puzzles and hot baths work for me.

That's how I stopped smoking in 2006. Everybody I know got a new afghan!

I am working out 3-4 times a week in the morning. Then, I can enjoy my crunchy Cheetos (just not a whole bag of them).
I knit as well. 'Idle mind is the devil's workshop and idle hands are his tools'. If I keep my hands busy I'm less likely to want to snack on junk.

Stay out of the hospital at least for a few months, and I will put my wife before myself in this decision.

Carrots and celery and almonds crunch and they are GREAT snacks!

I've eaten a cupcake a day for over a year. A half at a time, but still--a cupcake a day. No other sweets, no sweet drinks.
I also ate a 1/2 bag to a full bag of stick pretzels a day. Was addicted to them!
I gave them up, not because of weight, but because they just weren't good for me.
I still exercise, do yoga and walk every day. Haven't dropped a pound! But I'm so glad I'm over my sugar fix and my salty carb fix.
