Nature's Code Vitamins auto delivery

Does anybody have problems getting the nature's code vitamins delivered on time. I'm on auto delivery and every 90 days when they are supposed to be delivered I always have to do without vitamins 2-5 days. Why can't they deliver them on time. I am disappointed with their auto delivery. I do not want to change it to 60 days.
