What add'l supplements do you take to ensure you are getting everything required. I am NOT new to being vegan - I was Vegan for 16 years!! Then went back to fish and chicken for 2 years, noticed a HUGE diff. in my hormones and went back to Vegan about 4 months ago....SO HAPPY I did that Smiley Happy Feeling much better but at times I do hope I am not lacking nutrients. I do take extra B-Stress (with B12) Flax oils and Vit D and a Vegan Multi - I also take Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes (two things I will NEVER go w/out)

Just wondering what else you take?

Also, do you use natural skin care? If so, what do you use? I've looked into using Suzanne Somers (even though i am not a fan of hers) or Dr. Mecola.....
