First time looking at this board-have to have a goal for work review!! I could use more energy-will be 58 soon. What do you all do at this age group? Not athletic, but my job keeps me moving which poops me out. Have sore muscles by the end of the day. By Wednesday I am exhausted.
What foods do you suggest, supplements,exercise (Have limited time tho for this)?
