Argan oils/salicylates

I was just getting ready to post this in the beauty banter section - beware of all of these oil/essential oil products if you have issues with salicylates. They can cause allergic reactions if you do. In particular, I would also be concerned about the blush sticks that smell of menthol too. They most assuredly must have saliscylates in them. I am throwing my argan oil in the trash because I have hives and it never crossed my mind that a natural oil could cause allergic reactions.
