Is the firm actually harder, or just fuller? Very hard to tell by the demos.

Hehe...I've now got 4 of those Joy pillows but in the Travel size...I love them! They are another product where people love or hate them...these things are rock hard and that works for me. I did find zippered cotton travel cases at BB&B for them...tight, but they work. I may try one of My Pillows for the fun of it..I like the washable aspect.

I have on my bed for decoration 2 of those Joy Mangano pillows from HSN. Those things are so heavy you could use them for door knobs! It's crazy! I don't sleep with them.

I believe the difference is that the Firm simply has more filling.

TY, HGinLA. Seems to be the case -- more of the same filling.

Now they have added this t-shirt sizing chart. If that is accurate it simplifies the choice so much.
