I ordered the TSV on 6/4 but have yet to receive it. Today has been 14 days so I called QVC customer service. CSR said had to wait until 20th and then they would identify it as a "lost" package. If you ordered the TSV - what was your experience receiving your order? Thanks.

I got mine fairly quickly. On the other hand, returns crediting seem to be very, very slow. Hope you receive it soon. It is a great kit! Ordered 2 and saving one for a holiday gift.

I got my order in a few days, I was so surprised because it usually takes 5 to 7 business days. I have a feeling your package is indeed lost.
