Tonight at 8 ET on TCM, a real treat for Mom's Day, if you have never seen it, or even if you have.

That's a good one. I have seen it many times. I will probably watch Anne of Green Gables at 9 since I haven't seen it in awhile.

Stella Dallas - Fantastic film! Barbara Stanwyck is outstanding in one of her best performances! Be prepared to cry (again), even if you've seen it dozens of times before.

As a special Mother's Day treat, TCM is presenting nine films saluting mothers on Sunday, May 11th, including Mildred Pierce; I Remember Mama; Now, Voyager and more.

Not exactly in the same vein, but a truly fun bad movie that TCM usually runs near or on the holiday, but missing from tomorrow's line-up is Mommie Dearest. Such fun. "No wire hangers, ever!" OTT campy Joan Crawford deliciously chews the scenery, then incinerates whatever's left.
