I watched ELVIS CONCERT FROM Hawaii.  What memories.  God he was sexier and good.  I remember his first TV appearance on the Ed Sullivan show.  Thought he would never make it, but he got better and better.

Also watched the John Denver documentary.  Never was a fan, but enjoyed the documentary.  I think he committed suicide.  Wanted to die flying g and he did.

All the PBS SONG series are great.  When a singer could really sing.

John Denver was killed in a plane crash.

I wish we got Elvis in Hawaii but it wasn't on here.

My Mother was a big Prince (go figure, she loved him) and Elvis fan.  She went to see Elvis and took my sisters to see him live.  She wanted me to go but I never cared much for Elvis (like a few of his songs but didn't care to see anyone live.

I didn't catch the PBS special I guess I ended up recording the infomercial.

It's ok though .....

I want to order from Star Vista (Time Life)  I think it will be my Christmas gift from DH, all  the DVDS and CDs!

About 6 years ago we saw Smokey Robinson at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle.  We were so close! He was awesome!!!
