She had always talked as if she had no interest in remarrying but with two little girls...I have wondered what his legal standing with the children would be if they did not marry. I mean since they are adopted (presumably by Hoda) and not his biological children?

Just curious.

Wish them lots of happiness. He has grown daughters I think so more family for the little ones. I did not watch the show, any wedding plans announced?

Sorry but now the show will be all about Hoda's wedding.  I quit watching when it became all about babies--like most of the NBC "news" shows now.

That's nice.  They've been together for quite some time and they the two babies so this is the frosting on the cake for her.

I guess it probably nearly killed her when Jill got engaged.  Now the show and Hoda will really be insufferable.   I also quit watching when all she talked about was kids.

I used to watch Hoda and Kathie Lee. I even recorded it so I wouldn't miss an episode. Well along came baby number 1 and you would have thought no one in the entire world had a new baby, adopted or not! Way too much gushing!! Sure it was nice of her to adopt but I personally think she is a bit old to have babies. I'm pretty sure for the everyday woman, someone in their mid 50's would have a heck of a time adopting. But nonetheless, I gave up watching and never looked back. I'm happy to hear she is marrying.
