Clothes on set not shown

I watched all weekend and searched for hours for the green top on set with the gray sweater over it. Could not find it. Why are they teasing us with clothes not in the inventory, I even tried online chat, with a guy, useless, he asked if I had the item number, no, that's what I'm chatting with you about ...

I see pretty clothes and accessories on set, but not offered.  That is irritating.
