So thrilled to purchase these little shoes only to have to send them back re: lack of adjustability. They were cute, great colors but the hook closure needs to be redesigned. As I looked at other similar Leisa shoes the same comment was made about the adjustability of this similar style. When people take a risk of ordering a shoe and buy because of the style and ability to adjust the shoe they should not be charged for sending them back. The adjustability is key for these little shoes fitting correctly. In the write up about this particular shoe it states, " Leisa Apple double adjust, lightweight sandal". This is not quite accurate, perhaps Clarks should take a look at this style again and redesign the length of the Velcro. Apparently I am not the only one who had to send it back, it sure is a cute little sandal.
